A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
Before your
first hello.
Do you serve clients outside Sarasota?
Yes. Sarasota is our United States base, and we work with clients throughout the country. Contact us with your location and a little about your space to arrange a private consultation and discuss the next steps for your project.
Can you help me choose for a particular room?
Private consultation and tailored selection are at the heart of our United States business. Share your location, room photographs and approximate dimensions so we can discuss what may work for your project.
How do I see available carpets and prices?
Ask us about the pieces that suit your space. We can discuss current availability, dimensions and pricing directly. The photographs on this website introduce our world of craft; they are not a live inventory catalog.
What about delivery, home viewing or returns?
Ask us to confirm the arrangements for your location and chosen piece before purchasing. Delivery, any home viewing and return terms need to be agreed for the individual order.
How do I contact the Montenegro store?
Our established Montenegro business welcomes showroom enquiries. Use the Montenegro phone number above or our @silkandsilkykotor Instagram account for directions, opening hours and personal assistance.
